5e édition des concours innovation sécurité routière : 11 innovations et projets primés
 
Pour la cinquième année consécutive, la Sécurité routière a récompensé, dans le cadre de ses concours innovation, les meilleures initiatives visant à rendre la route plus sûre, en améliorant la sécurité des usagers ainsi que celle des véhicules. Les jurys de ces deux concours étaient présidés par Marie Gautier-Melleray, déléguée interministérielle à la sécurité routière, pour le Prix innovation et par son adjoint, David Julliard pour le Challenge innovation et composés d’experts de la sécurité routière. Pour s’adapter au contexte sanitaire, la cérémonie s’est tenue cette année sous un format exceptionnel entièrement dématérialisé. DEUX-ROUES MOTORISÉS
Circulation inter-files des deux-roues motorisés : la délégation à la sécurité routière et les fédérations de motards ont échangé sur les modalités d'une nouvelle expérimentation
La délégation à la sécurité routière a réuni le 25 février dernier, comme elle s'y était engagée le 27 janvier, les principaux représentants des usagers de deux-roues motorisés, pour échanger avec eux sur les modalités d'une nouvelle expérimentation de la circulation inter-files. Une première expérimentation menée dans 11 départements entre 2015 et 2020, qui consistait à y autoriser la circulation inter-files dans le respect de certaines règles, a donné des résultats décevants : l'accidentalité des deux-roues motorisés sur les sections où l'inter-files était autorisée a augmenté sur la période observée. La Sécurité routière, attachée à son projet d'autorisation et de sécurisation de la circulation inter-files, a donc souhaité déployer une autre expérimentation, en proposant une modification des conditions pour la pratiquer. Le projet de décret précisant les modalités de la nouvelle expérimentation sera transmis au début du mois de mars au Conseil d'État. Son déploiement est attendu en juin.

Réunion mensuelle du comité des études de la Sécurité routière
Le comité des études s'est réuni ce mardi 2 mars. Au cours de cette réunion, un panorama des travaux conduits en 2020 par l'Université Gustave-Eiffel et le Cerema a été présenté. Les travaux de l'Université portent notamment sur l'aménagement urbain, les nouvelles générations d'infrastructures ainsi que sur la mobilité (les nouveaux modes de déplacement personnel, les mobilités à faible impact, les pratiques cyclistes, les comportements des piétons enfants, jeunes adultes et personnes âgées, etc.). Un focus sur les travaux concernant le véhicule autonome a également été réalisé par l'Université. Le Cerema a présenté ses activités en sécurité routière telles que les formations dispensées aux agents de l'État et des collectivités territoriales ; les études produites sur l'accidentalité cycliste, sur celle des 2RM en Corse et dans les Bouches-du-Rhône ; une étude sur le risque routier professionnel en Bourgogne-Franche-Comté ; ou encore le développement d'un observatoire des modes actifs visant à suivre l'évolution des pratiques et des flux de ces modes, en partenariat avec des associations et des collectivités territoriales.

Diffusé sur les radios Plein Air et France Bleu Besançon entre le 22 et le 26 février, le nouveau spot radio du pôle sécurité routière de la Direction départementale des territoires du Doubs invite à lever le pied. Dans le Doubs, en 2019, 35 % des accidents mortels sont dus à une vitesse excessive ou inadaptée.

Les jeunes permis motos parrainés par des gendarmes
L'escadron départemental de sécurité routière de l'Ain, avec le pôle sécurité routière et les écoles de conduite moto, lance en 2021 un dispositif de tutorat gratuit pour les titulaires d'un permis A2 depuis moins de 18 mois. Une fois par semestre, pendant deux ans, les conducteurs novices pourront échanger et rouler pendant une demi-journée avec leur tuteur.
